- Nope! We're a walk-in shop. Just bring your bike in during our store hours and we'll take a look. For larger jobs, we recommend calling ahead so we can give you an accurate time estimate.
- How long do repairs take?
- Simple repairs like flat tires and brake adjustments can often be done while you wait. More involved repairs typically take 1-3 business days depending on parts availability and workload.
- What types of bikes do you work on?
- We work on all types of bicycles including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, commuter bikes, and kids' bikes. If it has two wheels, we can fix it.
- Do you sell bikes?
- We primarily focus on repairs and service, but we occasionally have refurbished bikes available for sale. Check with us in-store for current availability.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Do you work on e-bikes or scooters?
- No, we don't service e-bikes or scooters. We focus exclusively on traditional pedal-powered bicycles.
