Do I need an appointment?
Nope! We're a walk-in shop. Just bring your bike in during our store hours and we'll take a look. For larger jobs, we recommend calling ahead so we can give you an accurate time estimate.
How long do repairs take?
Simple repairs like flat tires and brake adjustments can often be done while you wait. More involved repairs typically take 1-3 business days depending on parts availability and workload.
What types of bikes do you work on?
We work on all types of bicycles including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, commuter bikes, and kids' bikes. If it has two wheels, we can fix it.
Do you sell bikes?
We primarily focus on repairs and service, but we occasionally have refurbished bikes available for sale. Check with us in-store for current availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you work on e-bikes or scooters?
No, we don't service e-bikes or scooters. We focus exclusively on traditional pedal-powered bicycles.
